Once purchased, Accommodation Packages with Amulet for Untold products cannot be returned.

You have 15 days, from the moment of purchase, to express your option to participate in one of the next 2 editions of the festival, free of charge. After the expiration of this 15-day period, the product will automatically become a valid ticket, registered for the 2021 Untold edition. In case of postponement, the product Amulet for Untold will be valid for the next two editions of Untold.

You can do your check-in online, free of charge, within a maximum of 30 days of purchase.
